The answer is sim-ple CONSISTENCY IN GOOD OLD FASHIONED SERVICE, The Trading Post Restaurant is a World renown institution serving over 60.000 meals a year to local and overseas visitors at fair prices.

The future is looking fantastic with tourism on the increase and our 2012 pre bookings already giving every indication of being a record year, with the introduction of the Kuranda’s first Gelataria (Italian style Ice cream) and our newest addition a Boost juice type outlet an Australian First as we have incorporated our fresh juices using Exotic Tropical fruits some of which can only be found in one place in the world right here and the tourists are literally lap-ping it up 2012 is set to benefit from the large number of visitors now travelling from China combined with Korea and other Asian countries which have increased by some 25%.
